ATTENTION: ALL PLAYERS ENTERING MOFFETT FIELD MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. INCLUDES ALL PASSENGERS.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tee time. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to a "Cancellation" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in are subject to a "No Show" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in with a full player count are subject to a "Short Show" fee of $25 per player. Failure to comply with the above Cancellation Policy will result in fees being charged automatically to the credit card used to reserve this tee time.

The mosquito and midge population has been an issue along the coastline from Palo Alto up to Milpitas this summer. Please keep this in mind, and bring your mosquito/bug spray when coming out to play. Santa Clara County Vector Control has been proactive with their techniques all year, and will continue to put their best foot forward to mitigate the issue.



Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Agreement:You have requested to participate in the voluntary activity of playing golf, including use of carts and the driving range (the “Activity”) provided by The Golf Club at Moffett Field and OB Sports Golf Management (Moffett), LLC (“the Hosts”) at The Golf Club at Moffett Field. By checking the box of this Assumption of the Risk and Waiver Agreement, you agree to the terms and acknowledgements below. This Agreement will be kept on file for future participation. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend and/or require social distancing and have, in many situations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. The Hosts have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Hosts cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 in participating in the Activity. Further, participating in the Activity could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I (including on behalf of my child, if a minor) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in the Activity and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 in participating in the Activity may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, agents, representatives, volunteers, other golfers and invitees. I also acknowledge that the nature of the Activity itself may cause personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death as a result of the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, agents, representatives, volunteers, other golfers and invitees. I (including on behalf of my child, if a minor) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation in the Activity (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my child (if child is Participant), I HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE (AGREEING TO MAKE NO CLAIM AND NOT TO SUE), AND HOLD HARMLESS the Hosts, their employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Hosts, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection or other illness/injury occurs before, during, or after participation in the Activity.

Pardon our Punches!

Fall Aerification is here starting on Tuesday, 9/3.

Thank you for your valued patronage! If you have booked a tee time, or visited our website in the past few days I am sure you noticed that this week we are undergoing the process of aerification. Aerification is vital for both the short term and long term health of our greens. As annoying as it may be to see bumpy and sandy greens, please know that it is an essential process that must be done to improve the soil conditions underneath that beautiful smooth surface. Aerification improves drainage, removes the thatch layer, and allows us to infuse our soil with sand which makes for a very happy grass year round. We know that this process affects playing conditions, so we are offering 20% off rates during this time as a thank you for your patience as our greens heal up. As far as scheduling goes, we will be aerifying the front 9 greens on Tuesday 9/3. All play will be on the back 9, with guests playing the back 9 twice on greens that have not been aerified or sanded. On Wednesday, guests will play the front 9 twice on greens that have been sanded. Starting Thursday, both the front and back 9 will be open for play. Thank you again for your continued patience and support as we undergo this neccesary routine maintenance!
