Tee Time Detail

ATTENTION: ALL PLAYERS ENTERING MOFFETT FIELD MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. INCLUDES ALL PASSENGERS.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tee time. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to a "Cancellation" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in are subject to a "No Show" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in with a full player count are subject to a "Short Show" fee of $25 per player. Failure to comply with the above Cancellation Policy will result in fees being charged automatically to the credit card used to reserve this tee time.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Agreement:You have requested to participate in the voluntary activity of playing golf, including use of carts and the driving range (the “Activity”) provided by The Golf Club at Moffett Field (Moffett), LLC (“the Hosts”) at The Golf Club at Moffett Field. By checking the box of this Assumption of the Risk and Waiver Agreement, you agree to the terms and acknowledgements below. This Agreement will be kept on file for future participation.
